Shipping & freight
Shipping via DHL, DPD, GLS or UPS; pallet and canister deliveries by freight forwarder (e.g. Dachser). Collection on site is possible by arrangement.
Payment
Purchase on account once your B2B account is approved, or card payment plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via the secure checkout.
Invoice & documents
Order confirmation and invoice are sent automatically by email and are always available as PDF downloads in your account.
Repeat supply & subscription

- Minimum quantities are stored per product in units – for example from 100 units for 250 ml and 500 ml bottles and from 10 units for 3 l and 5 l canisters.
- When do I see my prices?
- Net and tiered prices are visible after signing in to the B2B shop. No prices are shown without an approved account.
- How do I track my delivery?
- After dispatch you will find status, carrier and tracking number in the order overview of your account.
